Refund Policy
- Booking is transferrable. QR Code can still be use by other individual as long as QR is not yet
scanned

Booking can be use until the end of the year they declared their arrival date.
ex. 1:Transaction paid on March 3, 2024, declared arrival date
March
20, 2024 but tourist cancelled their trip. QR is still valid up until December 31, 2024.
ex. 2:Transaction paid on December 3, 2024, declared arrival date
December 10, 2025 but tourist cancelled their trip. QR is still valid up until December 31, 2025.
Children aged 5 and below are exempt from requiring a terminal pass, provided that sufficient proof
is uploaded to the website. This policy ensures smoother access for younger passengers.
In the event of a port location change due to unforeseen circumstances like a typhoon, the terminal
fee may be adjusted. Refunds for the terminal fee can be requested online or at the Boracay iPass
booth.
